Tressa Mira and Carlos Correa were married at the Rincon Beach Club in Carpinteria on Oct. 22, with their dog Moxi and their family members by their side. Reverend Mike Damron officiated.
The grooms’ siblings, Raymond and Romen Correa, were the best men, and uncles Adrian Lopez, Paul Cortez and Joseph Caudillo served as groomsmen. The brides’ friends, Gabriela and Arianna Felix, were her co-maids of honor, and her sisters, Rejeana and Jessie Mira, Bryanna Covarrubias, Vivionna Correa and Nadine Correa were bridesmaids. Isiah Pruitt was the ring bearer and Gianna Cortez was the flower girl.
The bride’s parents are Rita and Roger Jr. Mira of Carpinteria.
“It was more than just a wedding, it was coming full circle for the bride. Her parents, Roger and Rita Mira Jr., exchanged their vows 37 years ago in this same small town. This time it would be their daughters turn,” the family told CVN. “The bride and groom ended their ceremony with a Unity Shot from their 1942 Tequila as their guests cheered ‘Salude!’”
