Cate School’s Buba Fofanah named to TDS’s All-Region Soccer Team

Former Cate School boys soccer standout Buba Fofanah was named to Top Drawer Soccer.com’s All-Region Team. The 2020 graduate will represent the California-South Region which includes players from the Central, Los Angeles, San Diego and Southern Sections. Fofanah will play at Portland University when the NCAA soccer schedule resumes. Fofanah was also placed on the Second Team of Top Drawer Soccer’s Winter All-American squad on July 21. “He’s truly driven to excel and he has the physical attributes to play at the next level,” said Cate soccer coach Pete Mack.
