Rotary started the New Year with a presentation from Brian Kane, owner of the Wellness Center of Carpinteria. Along with several stress-reducing tips, Kane said that “deep sleep is important to good health, and calming routines like reading before going to bed and gentle wake ups involving setting intentions for your day are a significant help to personal wellness.”
