The Howard School said hello to the 2019-20 school year on Sept. 3, welcoming 80 students to its campus at Girls Inc. on Foothill Road. Preschoolers and pre-kindergarteners will start the year with frog investigations along with the school’s robust program of art, science, music and literature based in the Carden Method. Other highlights for the new school year include the upper grades’ class trip to Philadelphia and the launch of the new STEM program for middle schoolers focused on alternative energy sources with several field trips for hands-on learning experiences.
