The Responsible Pet Ownership Alliance is offering Santa Barbara County dog owners an opportunity to have their dog(s) spayed or neutered, rabies vaccinated, microchipped and registered for a Santa Barbara County dog license for $80 (a savings of more than $500). A one-month supply of flea medication and e-collar is also included.
