City Manager David Durflinger and Public Works Supervisor Robert Howard spoke to members of the Morning Rotary Club on Wednesday, Aug. 21, about current city projects including the Linden and Casitas Pass/Highway 101 improvements, as well as the addition of both a dog park and a skate park.
